Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the initial purchase. Simply contact our customer service to arrange an exchange for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the return and issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@jadaavjewels.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or return at no further cost to you.
