All the pieces come accompanied with a certificate of authenticity and undergo stringent checks at our inhouse laboratory.

We try to capture the design in its utmost essence, with true to reality colours, though
sometimes the result is subject to lighting and may appear different on each screen
depending on the device and screen resolution. Each product is unique as it is handcrafted
which implies that no two pieces can be exact replicas, with an approximate 5% margin up
or down on changes in weights in rare cases. We strive towards putting all our efforts to
match it to the specifications provided on the website and do not compromise on quality at

Yes, we have all our jewellery certified by internationally acclaimed laboratory IGI, and each
piece of Jewellery comes with an accompanying certificate of authentication which can also
be verified on their website.
Any jewellery purchased from Jadaav Jewels (website or retail store), will be repaired free of
any labour cost. The shipping charges to & fro will have to be borne by the customer.
If any additional gold or diamond components are to be added, this will be charged upon
actuals minus the labour cost.
The color stone stringing is done using non-precious micro-plated wires. This choice is made
to support the weight of the heavier stones, as 22kt gold, while exquisite, is relatively soft
and may not withstand the load without compromising its integrity. However, if you wish to
use 18KT or 14Kt gold for stringing your jewellery – you may reach out to our customer care
via call or WhatsApp & get an estimate for the same before placing your order.

For a product that is ready to ship, it would take a maximum of 48 working hours to deliver,
whereas for a product that is made to order, it would take 7-10 working days. Our team will
also constantly be in touch with you – updating you about the progress and when
you can expect delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges of upto 80% of the purchase value of the jewellery purchased
and upto 75% of the purchase value for Cashback.
For International Orders, The Jewellery Products have to be brought back to India by the Customer. Tyaani will not be able to recall the jewellery back to India once shipped.

In case of Money back 75% of the Invoice Value would be refunded, the payment
shall be made by way of an account payee Cheque/Bank Transfer within 15 days of
receipt of product along with Certificate and Invoice subject to quality confirmation
and acceptance.
