1. Eligibility: You can return your purchases at any time after purchase through our Lifetime Buyback service. Simply ensure that the product is still in the same fresh condition as when you purchased it. Keep the original packaging, tags, and receipt as they will be needed to process the return.
2. Exchange Value: We offer a replacement value of 75% of the original sale price for the exchanged product.
3. Process: To begin the process of exchanging your products, please contact our customer support team and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once you've obtained this number, pack the item securely. Make sure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
4. Inspection: Once we get the returned product, our team will check it over to make sure it follows the rules we talked about earlier.
5. Exchange Options: You can exchange your current product with one that is equally equal to or greater in value. If you pick a more expensive item, you must pay the additional cost.
6. Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, you'll have to pay for the shipping costs. However, if the reason for the return is because we made a mistake or the product is defective, then we will cover the return shipping cost for you.
