1. Eligibility: You may exchange your product within Lifetime Buyback from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
2. Exchange Value: We offer a replacement value of 75% of the original sale price for the exchanged product.
3. Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, securely package the item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
5. Exchange Options: You may choose to exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value. If the new item exceeds the value of the exchanged product, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
6. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
7. Refund Process: If the exchanged product meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue store credit or refund 75% of the original sale price in the form of the original payment method used for the purchase.
